The Founders

Founding Partner

Linda Cohen

Linda manages half the accounts of the business and is also Campaign Manager for the Geared for Giving Campaign, which over the last 5 years has made Workplace Giving accessible to 3 million employees. She has done this by working tirelessly across multiple sectors to persuade employers to adopt the scheme. This includes major legal, retail and banking firms. Linda also has exceptional links with fashion retail, as well as being involved in lobbying, engaging with politicians and celebrities, and generally kicking down doors.

Lily Pad PR has always wanted to make sure that clients have access to skills which are complementary to PR, such as sales promotion. Linda is a past winner of a platinum award from the Institute of Sales Promotion ISP (PMA) on behalf of LG Electronics. She has run events for EMAP, sold advertising for Haymarket (vital when selling-in stories ). In Linda’s spare time she has recently been behind funding and running one of Hampshire’s finest art galleries.

In previous agencies Linda ran a department which specialised in ‘green’ companies including Natural Collection – voted The Observer Ethical Retailer of the year.

Linda has also worked extensively in the crafting market, can personally sew, and rag rug as well as bend politicians’ ears.
